halloween 2010...

We had such a great Halloween this year, the kids are all at such cute ages that it just makes the holidays so much fun! We started the day off by going to "Boo at the Zoo" up at the Hogle Zoo and I think we all agreed that we need to make that our new family tradition, it was a blast! It was hardly crowded at all, the weather was perfect, the kids got tons of candy and to top it off they got to see all of their favorite animals...They were in heaven!

We were so glad that we went because on our way home it started raining like crazy and it lasted pretty much all night long, so that put a damper on our trick-or-treating plans :(

Luckily the boys still got spoiled by all of their grandmas when we went trick-or-treating to their houses and they even braved the rain to go to a few houses in my mom's neighborhood. We ended the night by driving the big boys around our subdivision and they made out with a pretty good stash there too. Despite all the rain there was definitely not a shortage of candy at our house!
